The problem is that no one is an incel by that definition, since one could always get a prostitute, or like Hell said, rape someone.
The definition of incel has to be more inclusive than the one you are working with. The word "incel" is a portmanteau of "involuntary" and "celibate," but those words are to be interpreted a little more loosely than their dictionary definitions; otherwise an "incel" would be a fantasy creature that doesn't exist.
