I'm so low by now that I'm considering having to inject for life and having raisin balls on top of it forever. This is on top of surgeries I'm saving for, one of which would now have to include hair transplants after inevitable roid induced norwooding.

Gay fucking world. If you told me I'd be having to do all of this just to even have a shot of a gf as a kid, I would have went to my local gun store and immediately shot myself knowing it only gets worse and all the lies they told me was just false hope

Even when I lifted religiously and did it with guys who played ball, even the best looking results were just being kinda decent. of course the best by far were all doping as usual. That's how it is. I have been regularly lifting for about 4 years now, and although I am not satisfied with my physique, it is good enough for other people to notice

I see that you know a lot about lifting weights, I have been lifting weights for a long time and I have developed quite a lot of muscle and strength, but it is hard for me to look "thicker" my appearance is quite thin, can you recommend me something?

There's no real way to look thicker unless you gain weight as a natural. How tall are you and how much do you weigh? Part of the disadvantage of being natty is that you have to choose between being shredded or being a bit thick.

Are you bulking or cutting right now? And how much of your current mass would you say is muscle.

Be careful with jaw surgeries, most cases you have to get them replaced a few years later. But a good jaw halos any man hard granted. I'm looking into the options myself.

Hair transplants aren't too expensive, you can easily get one if you start norwooding. Almost all athletes and celebrities do under the radar.

you can look pretty aesthetic if you have genetics,but like you mentioned there won't be a lot of muscle(unless you permabulk which 90% of lifters do,but not very aesthetic).

For the hormone usage, if you really want to, go for it, but it could have severe consequences, if you are willing to inject purely for females I would advice against it, plastic surgery and natural lifting should be enough

I am 5'7 and I'm thinking 59 kg.
Due to quarantine I am eating very little, so I would say cutting.
I would say that at least 7 kg are of pure muscle mass.

Interesting, the gym I go to has quite a lot of muscular people, and I doubt any of them juice, at least none of the people I lifted with juice and they looked quite good

I would say start a lean bulk. If you're doing cardio already, try and keep it to a minimum, but don't cut it out completely (For your health). Try and train each muscle group at least twice a week, the second time does not have to be of the same intensity. I have a one day for high reps and one for low reps. Hitting each twice a week is a big factor, and has helped me make serious gains.

Is your gym shut down due to the quarantine or do you have a home gym? And whats your daily protein intake?

I have noticed that increasing frequency is far more effective than increasing volume, I follow a similar routine, but I train certain muscles every day, and the difference has been tremendous, if you havent tried it already, try doing 5-6 sets of side lateral raises every day, I have noticed tremendous growth from this over a year

Gaining size natty is a joke tbh. You'll only look "good" or "impressive" to noobs who don't lift (even people on this forum who say they're blackpilled JFL).

Unless you train for strength, its a complete waste of time. Bodybuilding is shit. Natties will benefit much more from powerlifting training.

Nice to see a fellow lifter. Have you seen an increase in tendinitis by training every day? I usually leave at least 24-48 hours rest for each muscle to avoid it, (I get tendinitis in my chest very easily). Also how do your shoulders feel after 5-6 sets of side lats a day?

I might try that out with lighter weight.
