I disagree. Aside from ED there's a good amount of reasons to avoid porn. Nofap is really just like any other abstinence. I could never see myself doing it voluntarily, but I understand it.

I've been unwillingly no fapping because I've been too hooked to Animal Crossing to remember to fap.
My advice is to find something to pull you away and make your mind be too busy to notice your surroundings. Before you know it, the family will not be around and when they come back to find you, it would look like you have just defeated the stay puft marshmallow man in your room.
