Skins was a TV show about a bunch of teenagers than ran from 2007-2013. About a bunch of teenagers at a sixth form college.

I remember it being a prominent show during my adolescence. I remember it making me angry as well fascinated. I hated the stupidity and the selfishness of the characters but was also sort of envious of the sort of life that was portrayed.

Developed a fascination with Cassie (first generation). Never quite liked Effy; she seemed like a cunt.

I think the writers could have made him a bit of deeper character. He was a bit too much to a stereotypical autistic nerd genius.

Did well in my first year/AS. Went mad around Christmas of my second year (year 13) after I got drunk for the first time. Total spastic I was.
In some ways sixth form was much better than GCSE and KS3 years as everyone was much more intelligent as the dumb mean kids all didn’t do a levels.

Adolescence is such an important time. So formative and potentially so fun and filled powerful memories.

I wasted my adolescence.

My years post adolescence 18-23 are horrible unpleasant blur in my mind.

I tried watching, but all that show did was remind me how alone I am. Never apart of any friend group, hanging out, partying etc. Just alone in my room playing video games. Though at the time it was a great cope/ escape.

maths and physics are rock hard, you must have a freakishly high iq

I suppose that's why not many women tend to do them, because of women's tendency to have a more limited intellectual capacity
