From what I've observed the EU had mostly been a disaster for Italy and Greece.

EU mostly benefits Germany and France. Poland to some degree benefited from the EU, obviously Germany felt like the need to make up for Poland because of WWII reasons, and they put together Italian/German car parts (made good money from it).

Yeah. However, now Belarus is basically a Russian puppet state which hosts Russian nukes now (Lukashenko has no one but Putin turn to). I think Belarus and Russia are already a part of a union already. Lukashenko for a long time was open about wanting to be the leader of Russia as well, but Boris Yeltsin gave it to Putin.

In terms of Kazakhstan, it definitely needs to get annex (probably should've gotten annexed first before going into Ukraine). Also, since there are ethnic Russians living in North Kazakhstan as well (left over from the Soviet era).
