Venting Truecel trait: Your nose drips all the time

My nose drips a lot and I have to carry a handkerchief around so i can wipe my disgusting nose in public. I'm an allergycel too but it's not always allergies. Like it drips in the winter when i don't have allergies or cold. I think it drips in summer too.

I've never tried any drugs in my life. Being a social retard I wouldn't even know how to get weed. Like how do normies get it? (weed is illegal here)
