I lived in Florida and went to the beach all the time as a kid and HATED it. Sunburns, sand, and nasty saltwater. I never understood the appeal. Maybe I’m just too White and don’t like torturing myself with UV radiation (even with cucked sunscreen for my lack of melanin)? Indoor pools are so much better.
