I do work out 2 or 3 times a week, I'm relatively healthy

Lower chest exercises only make it look worse and look more saggy imo. You should focus on the upper chest and drop all lower chest movements. This is what im thinking about doing cause my chest looks like dogshit aswell eventhough im not fat and have decent amount of muscle. The lower chest makes it kinda saggy
