My diet isn't the worst, but it's quite unhealthy. I usually eat eggs in the morning. My mom cooks the dinner, so I can't really avoid oil, and I'm bad at cooking. I usually drink a glass of sugar-free soda or milk every day, and 1-2 litres of bottled water. I eat fruit a few times a week, and I eat goyslop (fried chicken, pizza, kebabs, fries) once or twice a month. I usually don't consume more than 2000-2500 calories a day.

Food is one of the few things that can make me happy, so unless I'm going to have kids, which is never going to happen due to my looks, I'm not planning on converting to an entirely healthy diet.

3,500+ calories of junk a day. I had a 5 layer burrito, 2 cupcakes, a Hershey bar, and a bag of chips for my first meal today

diet wont make me grow taller or fix my face. I'm waiting for cardiovascular disease tbh
 
Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shit.

Though I’m strongly considering subscribing to that Factor company’s healthy gourmet Michelin tier dietician approved and designed ultra healthy meals.
 
I just eat whatever for the most part but I do find myself eating more red meat and eggs than anything which I consider healthy

Remember it's more "socially acceptable" to be a junkie (crack, H, meth) than to be fat.

I take health supplements every day, including collagen (which improves my skin), magnesium (which helps with debloating), and potassium (which also helps with debloating).

Meat, cheese and fruit. Organs a few days a week usually raw unless my mom makes something with them and rarely some candy

Very healthy overall but sometimes i will eat slop. I lost some weight by ignoring 3rd meal and now my pants are falling down constantly even with a belt that is pretty loose :feelsEhh:
 
My diet is mainly milk, yogurt, and protein powder.

Sometimes cereal and sandwiches.

I don't know if it's "healthy"
