Just a slight glance at myself my day is ruined,
 
You are exactly correct i have not looked in the mirror since april intentionally around a month ago i saw a glimpse of my self in the mirror and i legit started crying.

There's no mirrors in my house, I removed all of them to prevent this but I can't in public it's over, at least when I don't see my face my incel brain starts to cope that maybe im not so ugly.... until i see myself again

Cameras are worse than mirrors. I think mirrors deliver a blue pilled perspective on what we think we look like to other people.

Yeah i tend to look way worse in cameras.
 
I put my glasses on my head whenever I come across mirrors, same when brushing my teeth etc
