I was in the same situation but now fear has turned into pure rage. But also the trauma has remained and when I try to stand up for myself I also feel scared. (notice I went from 4 feet 10 to 5'8)

I think it's impossible to stand up for yourself with words when you're a subhuman, on account of your sub5 appearance easily being targeted to be mocked. Only way to stand up for yourself is just through fists. I've only really gotten attention whenever I hit someone. Facta non verba, videsne?

You cant really defend yourself when your ugly speaking from experience i remember once i got attacked so i bit the dumb bitches arm after warning her to get off me and i was drunk and couldnt fight her off well then there was a noise disturbance call from the neighbors so she put on s sob act and before i could even talk the cop put me in cuffs and the crazy part is it was my fucking mom attacking me
