It's Over Truecel trait: constant naps and low energy

No matter how many hours i sleep it seems that through the day i need to take some naps to keep some energy levels.

Brutal things about these naps is that when i wake up it takes TIME to fully "boot up" once again, i feel tired af, can barely leave my bed for minutes, so on, it feels like my energy levels are always at 20% no matter what.

Worst thing is having blood tests done and all comes backs normal, brutal shit.

Yes im always extremely tired but I know the reason its due to sleep apnea.

Relatable, or I just sit and rot on here or stare at the wall, I can literally sit in a chair for hours or lay in my bed not doing anything and feel nothing.
