In uncomfortable social situations I begin to itch all over and feel shivers down my spine. Mostly when I’m getting mogged to oblivion.

I definitely relate. Sometimes, when I'm listening to youtube videos, there's knocking that I think is coming from outside on my door and I get an instant panic attack and sometimes even jolt and fall over in my chair.
