Discussion Trucel trait: Movies suck

A trucel trait is the lack of connection with the world around us an this includes movies. Since I've moved out I've watched more movies than I've ever done but still nothing stands out to me, here is what I watched recently:

Avengers Ultron: 1st ever Avengers movie to see what the fuss is about, I don't give a fuck about Captain Cuck & Robot man, Hulk is best part

007 No time to die: Not seen many of these films, this 1 isn't too bad, better than Spectre which was boring, that theme still slaps

Spiderman No way home: Best of the recent goofball trilogy but thats not sayin much, rides on the coattail of fan service, Rami trilogy slaps this

Uncharted: Another generic goofball action movie with Bob Holland, doesn't capture the epic thrill of the videogames, no movie does tbh

Indiana & the temples of cooms: Better than the 1st film but still a bit shit

The Batman: boring but still preferable to spidercuck for its darker, grittier edge. Best scene was deleted scene simply because Joker is the most interesting complex villain

Indiana Raiders of the lost Ark: Cheap, shit film that is clearly worse that the sequel. Only watched to prepare me for the game which drops in March.

Sonic 1 movie: Charming yet dumb an stupid to depict sonic in this cucked western society. Jim Carrey carries the film because its Jim fuckin Carrey as Dr Robotnik

I've had normies rave to me about the avengers movies "omg you've gotta see these movies" ye like I really wanna see 5 superhero's I couldn't give 2 fucks about. Hulks by far the only reason worth watching the film and he's hardly in the fuckin film. Iron cuck is boring asf, captain cuck is borin asf, Viking boy is boring asf, Cockeye is boring asf, Foid widow is boring asf but I'd fuck her oc.

Man most of the fucking movies that are coming out are absolute fucking shit none of them are interesting i only get excited if its a director that i like or if there’s something from A24 that seems interesting to me most of the time shit looks boring to watch and normies and sexhavers go to the movies but are they really there to enjoy a film? Movies always seem so rushed to me, I can't get invested in the story or characters, at least with a drama series you see character development. No mafia movie comes close to the sopranos because we get to see all sides to tonys character, same with the wire another great series. Most movies appeal to the stupid woke era we live in and have to be culturally diverse to appeal to karens who get offended by men doing man made jobs.

I tend to break them down into 3-4 segments, 30-45 minutes each day until the full duration of a film is complete. I treat them as a mini series because I can't sit through anything for over 2 hours unless its videogames or football (soccer).

A lot of horrors spend a whole fuckin hour an half building suspense, as a viewer ur left waiting and waiting for the moment it 'gets scary' an that moment never comes.

At least in respects for a lot of modern horrors these days, like Blumhouse productions. Hereditary sucked, The Conjuring sucked, Get out spent almost the entire film teaching us about fuckin slavery. The Witch was another film that was dull as shit for the majority of the film, an yet these films are somehow critically acclaimed. This is why I rarely love a movie because I'm always left underwhelmed after spending 3/4 of the movie in suspense, then it blows its load before the final credits.

Smile sticks out in my head as an amazing horror film. Its sequel Smile 2 is very good but not as good as the first. I'd rate smile 1 a 10/10 and 2 as 8/10

The last old horror I watched was The Shining and it was trash, didn't unnerve me 1 bit. If a horror fails to truly unsettle me then its failed tbh. I realise horror is subjective for every person. P.T. for instance scared the fuck out of me, and all it involved was the player walking down an isolated hallway. When I first saw the exorcist I was freaked out, the tension every time the priest walked up towards the girl in bed, then seeing that hideous demon behind the angelic little girl.

The Exorcist is a great film and one of my favorites. It didn't scare me (movies usually don't), but I loved the medical mystery aspect and the whole build-up to the final climax. I also loved the opening and all its subliminal details that foreshadow the rest of the movie.

The Exorcist is a great film and one of my favorites. It didn't scare me (movies usually don't), but I loved the medical mystery aspect and the whole build-up to the final climax. I also loved the opening and all its subliminal details that foreshadow the rest of the movie.

When people ask me what's the last film that genuinely unsettled me they are shocked by my answer: A Serbian Film. It was more a snuff horror that premiered in independent theatres, I watched some low quality stream and it creeped the fuck out of me. Each moment were the protagonist entered a scene was a living nightmare. The content an themes were disturbing which led it to being banned in most countries.

Just watched Get Out, what a stupid fuckin film, not 1 bit scary yet presents itself as a horror. Some black guy visits his foids home to discover her white privileged family enslaves black people and keep them as pets, fuckin trash movie just like the other blumhouse films I've seen.

Another stupid horror to add to the list - Don't Breathe. Not once was I remotely unnerved an if a horror fails to achieve that then it sucks balls in my book.

An old blind man with a pistol isn't scary. I'm tired of these shit films that claim to be 'thrilling an horrifying'. Genuine unsettling mainstream horrors are a dime a dozen, most are absolute trash, whats even the point in a horror if it isn't fuckin scary.
