Played it 4 years ago emulated on PC and I give it a 6/10. Has some cool levels, characters and great OST. But the other parts range from just alright to bad. Like you say the vehicle controls are terrible. And graphically it's one of the ugliest games I've seen in my life even the Ps1 trilogy looks better.
