The most effective insurgency is when a perpetrators can melt back into the population. Think Viet Cong.

They are narcissists so they demand lots of attention, so chances are they can't hide well.
So if their mass shootings are actually successful in inciting right wing of the population, we're speaking about roughly 50% of Americans, they have nowhere to run; they will be suspected and ratted out by regular people very easily, leading to further ostracization and shrinking of support/logistics.
And trans people generally have no means to reproduce and therefore cannot replenish their numbers, like Muslims does, for political support.
