I work basically at a loser job and I can afford a $40. Move gym membership, there is planet fitness that you can pay only $10 you're full of shit. Eat a lot of chicken and cans of spinach and brown rice. You will be good that is easily affordable. Drink water and go for daily walks. And by a set of dumbbells, maybe 20 to 40 pounds is plenty, Also, there are things on YouTube You can watch to learn about working out at home. Sometimes your genetics does take a toll on you though. Almost every single person in my family is a short and fat. I have very huge problems with. Yes, my eating habits, you might have it better than me. Just not by strength, wise.
