I've posted on here multiple times over the years, I'm an ancientcel, about trying to ascend and about my formula for male attractiveness.

I don't have any drive to consistently ascend my ladder - the two main things are body fat and lean body mass, so weight loss and muscle gain - but right now, according to my formula, I am the most attractive I've been in about 6 years. I log some of my interactions with the date, score and attractiveness percentile.

I've had a recent poor interaction with a woman that despite my best efforts had developed respect for (competent co-worker) who recently showed herself to be a common whore. When this sort of thing happens I usually get a couple of months of motivation to eat will and exercise so I think I'm going to move up my numbers a bit so wanted to report it here.

Right now I'm scoring a 46.1 (56.5 percentile). My lowest was a 39 (32nd percentile). I've yoyo'd back and forth between 42 (42nd percentile) and 45 (52.9th percentile) for a few years now. Some observations.

Below 42 (42nd percentile) I did not receive any interaction from women. Strangers tend to detach from contact pretty quickly.

At 42nd percentile older women (40+) started to interact with me a little more or would make eye contact.

At 45 (52.9th percentile) - strangers would start to talk me. In the grocery store or at a bar typically men, but sometimes older (50+) women would make a observation or quip at me. Cashiers seem a little friendlier.

At 45/46 (56.5th percentile) - At work, Older women (40+) and younger women in subordinate support roles have been friendlier to me and conversation has been more free flowing.

I want to test and fill out my scores below and find out what to expect at each level. What score can you easily fuck a 50 yo? 40yo? do people generally treat you like a human if you hit 47? 49?

That doesn't mean body builder, it's like the level you'd see depicted in a text book. They have no problem picking up women. This is the level at which women will start making passes at men. This is the level at which girls will be with their significant others and openly flirt with these men. Any space these men go into they will develop a sexual relationship with somebody unless they don't want it.

I do have to ask, why do you keep referencing sports in particular...? Is it to highlight the genetic contrast between the groups, as those who excel at sports are generally considered 'genetically superior?' I'm just curious—it's not a comparison you often see here.

I think the most common reference point people have is high school. But yes also the genetics. 5'5'' men get weeded out of basketball teams

The body doesn't appear in it's proper proportions until about 20% bf unless you're built. Fat obscures facial structure. Muscles appear more strongly. Low body fat maximizes appearance of shoulder width

Another reason I post this isn't just to log it, but I actually always want to gather more data and test my system, but it's almost impossible to get measurements from you guys. I'm wondering: has anyone felt like they transformed their body, or changed significantly in musculature or body fat? I'd love to calculate your score and see if it matches how I expect people treat you. I know we're not supposed to be earnest here.
 
One week in of the concerted effort I've gone from a 46.1 to a 46.2. That's 56.3rd percentile to 56.6th percentile. Measurement error so I probably measured my waist a little smaller than reality the first day, meaning I was probably fatter which also means less muscle since weight total does not change. I can measure anywhere from 41.50 inches to 36.75 inches. The measurement to determine BF% is taken at the bellybutton which is sort of midway between those two. i.e. was probably more like a 45.7 (55.0 percentile) than a 46.1 last week. I was supposed to hit 46.5 (57.6th percentile). One week projection is a 46.6 (57.9th percentile). Expecting progress to be more steady from here on out as my waist measurement becomes more standardized.

Current stats, 206.4 lbs, 153.5 LBM, 25.6% BF, 3.5/10 face, 85% income, white
 
I know I'm responding to myself here, but using it as a log, I want other people to know if anything changes

46.7 = 58.3rd percentile

Invisibility is noticeably starting to erode. Some guy at the wawa I half glanced at greeted me. It was weird. Cashiers have been nicer and a little quippier. 2 women glanced in my direction this week which never happens. I noticed a guy I was taller than looking angrily at me. Definitely more minor interactions with men over the last week or two then in years. The girl with RBF at work briefly made eye contact too.

Sports indicate physical fitness and makes you more lean accentuating desireable features like cheekbones

I used to more regularly go to the gym last year, but i've lost a lot of motivation to go and don' go anymore. I don't even go to school anymore, barely get out of bed most days. I used to be more fit last year. Had a little bit of muscle definition. but I always sucked at bulking and dieting. I'm always at a low BMI, but never underweight, but Low enough BMI that if I take off my shirt you can see my ribs. I'm 172 cm and as for the way people treated me. I've played sports for most of my life, but most of it to my detriment, since again I have a high metabolism and I'm short so it often makes me look small and skinny + I don't eat a lot. So I would guess I usually have too little body fat.
One week in of the concerted effort I've gone from a 46.1 to a 46.2. That's 56.3rd percentile to 56.6th percentile. Measurement error so I probably measured my waist a little smaller than reality the first day, meaning I was probably fatter which also means less muscle since weight total does not change. I can measure anywhere from 41.50 inches to 36.75 inches. The measurement to determine BF% is taken at the bellybutton which is sort of midway between those two. i.e. was probably more like a 45.7 (55.0 percentile) than a 46.1 last week. I was supposed to hit 46.5 (57.6th percentile). One week projection is a 46.6 (57.9th percentile). Expecting progress to be more steady from here on out as my waist measurement becomes more standardized.

You seem pretty autistic with your logging/journaling and I don't mean that in a derogatory or negative sense. Do you have OCD of some sort, or do you just enjoy doing it / it's a habit?

I need some advice on how I can maintain such a system, i'd be willing to record it, but I can't promise I'll keep it up since again I'm a notoriously lazy person. I don't know what LBM is and i'm about 57kg nowadays. as for face I would say maybe a 5 on a good day.

Half dutch (white), half mixed (brown; indigenous, chinese, creole etc. I'm not sure of the exact ancestry of the other half but phenotypically it's mixed/brown but I don't look asian at all)

My best body size ever maybe, barely 60kg, with a bf% of maybe 9 or 10. <---- I have trouble calculating accurate bf%, i'm going of off memory and just now i tried caluclating it thru a website but it gave me really weird measurements,

I dont have good habits at all,i have the opposite, everyday i sit behind my pc playing videogames and watching youtube nowadays.
I barely eat.

Another reason I post this isn't just to log it, but I actually always want to gather more data and test my system, but it's almost impossible to get measurements from you guys. I'm wondering: has anyone felt like they transformed their body, or changed significantly in musculature or body fat? I'd love to calculate your score and see if it matches how I expect people treat you. I know we're not supposed to be earnest here.

- Not going to the gym (reduced eye bags and folds on my skin)
- Not running anymore (didn't need to push myself eating and I looked healthier overall)

I am white - my mother is croation/bosnian and my father is british.

I am 5'10 around 68kg I believe.

I am a currently in university and only work with council during the breaks - unpaid work experience.

My facial structure percentile now for my age demographic would be around 70% (bottom 30%) in my location/town.

I think attractiveness is a normal distribution. The nice thing about a normal distribution is that when you're in the middle of it you only need modest gains to move up a lot percentile wise. Your problem is that the easiest thing men can do that is accessible to most men, losing fat, is apparently not on the table for you. My observation in my system is that you can 'date' with effort at ~a 50 (points not percentile) and date easily at ~a 55. I think if you were able to put on 10 lbs of muscle you'd be at ~that 50 mark (~70th percentile)

The reason I stopped going to the gym is because it made my look completely hideous facially. Within the first few months of quitting the gym my Chameleon eyes were practically gone, my folds on my face improved tremendously, I looked like a completely different person.

The only thing I changed in that time was quitting the gym, there was no other primary factor. The amount of stress the gym puts on your body is unnatural, and I strongly believe people have been brainwashed into going to the gym.

Going to the gym was one of the biggest mistakes I had made in my entire life.

My shoulders/rotator cuffs are blown out, are can't even throw a stone

At peak I was around 75kg lean - 5'10.

Then I know you won't like this because of the health concerns, but why not jump on test and a couple of other bulking steroids, do one cycle a year (6-8 weeks), and light maintenance the rest of the year. That would at least be my suggestion. You already have good gym habits and eat clean (or clean enough).

You are correct, due to my health concerns I quit the gym. I can't risk worsening my injuries and looking like a chameleon again.

I don't eat any junk food or anything like that, about 70% meat/fish, lots of greek yogurt and other dairy products.

I don't think I will ever take steroids

This week I'm up to a 47.0 which is 60.0 on my scale. Less to note this week other than a couple more hellos from randoms and I think I must have been apologized to for people walking in my way more in the last 2 weeks than in the last two years. People's basic politeness towards me has definitely improved. Also I've liked how I look a few times recently when I caught my reflection
 
Little to report this week. I'm about a 47.4, that's about 61st percentile. I definitely feel myself stalling and am eating too close to or at my Base Metabolic Rate.

If I lose 1.2 lbs of fat a week and gain 0.2 lbs of muscle a week my rate of ascension would be 0.54 points a week. In the middle of the distribution that's 1.5-1.7% a week. For comparison, my true Chad level starts at a 58 ~89.5th percentile and a half point a week there is only 0.8% a week - but for most people, unless you're huge, by the time you're that high chances are you don't have any fat to lose and you're only able to gain muscle, and if that's the case it's going to take a lot longer.

It's 2.2 lbs of muscle per point so that's 11 weeks to gain a point. But if you have excess fat it's about 2 weeks per point from losing fat. So you can gain attractiveness 5.5x faster by losing fat than by gaining muscle.

I'm going to run out of fat to lose at some point, and once you get down into the mid teens you start losing more muscle. I'm eating high protein to counteract this but I'll likely land in 'people' territory (top 30%) and still be 10-20 lbs of muscle away from Chad Territory. And this is where the face people are right, if I had a 65th percentile face I would be able to be 'Chad' without the muscle gain.

Any interactions this week? Some glances by women and men, accidental eye contact, that just wasn't there when I was fatter. The wawa worker guy greeted me with recognition, which I've been going to WaWa for years and never happens. Some uggos did look at me at the bar.

Up to a 48.3, that's 64th percentile. Not a whole lot to report. People continue to apologize to me a lot when almost walking into each other (grocery store, convenience store, work) - it just keeps happening that people apologize to me if we're about to walk into the same space.

I went to a bar one night because I hadn't eaten and they were the only place still serving food. It services mainly early 20s to mid 20s and I'm old old (35ish). But I decided to stay for the music and to test if anyone paid attention to me. The waitress/bartender was nicer to me than normal. Usually what they do is they great you fakely/roboticly, then middle interactions energy is down and faker, and when they bring you the bill they say 'hope to see you again' or the like in a slightly seductive voice or friendlier voice because they know the last interaction will drive their tip. But they're bad at keeping the energy throughout the interaction and she seemed more genuine. that's been a general trend.

But being too old for that scene, the music was still good, but I don't think I caught a single woman looking at me*. Keep in mind the demographic here is 21-28 above average looking white girls. But I'll also say that in general people at bars (I've never been to a club) really tend to come with and hang out with their group.

One of the band members (they're all early 20s) did seem to catch me in the crowd a few times and smirk at me, but he was a mid sized twig with a 4-6 face. So it meant nothing to me, just someone that's insecure in themselves trying to find someone to feel superior to because they're insecure in themselves. Nevertheless it does mean was probably standing out as too old.

Per my metrics when would I think I could have success there? Well, the average male there was probably about a 47, but you have to remember how my status metric works. Status is subjective and I base a default value off of income. If I have 0 status because I'm old AND alone then I'm at 35.6 points, bottom 20th percentile. If I were with a couple of people and dressed more to indicate wealth then to some girls, not most but some, I'm probably suddenly high status suddenly I'm a 50 and ~70th percentile. I think I'd have to be 54, 81.4th percentile, to have success, but that's contingent on having friends to pretend I'm having a good time with.....

So plan for next week then is to find an older demographic bar and see if anything pays attention to me there.

* actually thinking about it more I did make eye contact with the ugliest, fattest girl at the bar a couple of times when I was sitting there.
