I felt like shit today for no particular reason. Every second of this day is unbearable and I just feel like killing myself. I am constantly depressed, but this day was especially horrible. I tried everything but nothing cheers me up
I just do not know what I should do at this point......

You think you have it bad? It´s the years hottest day 30 degrees. Outside my apartment windows there are young people enjoying themselves by partying, listening to music and I heard two girls talk/flirt with some muslim absolutely disgusting! I would like to go for a walk but I know it will be too torturous with seeing all these beautiful girls in their revealing outfits showing their soft smooth legs and bodies, teasing me to no end. So I will have to sit inside and rot in peace.

I´m just simply stating that at least you are lucky that you aren´t being exposed to this degeneracy.
 
try to occupy yourself with something that you can do alone. I literally changed my sleep schedule to become nocturnal so I don’t have to see normies or people I know and the warm weather. Maybe bike riding and listening to music might be fun for you.

Also living with your family can be annoying

This sounds like a really good sleep schedule but I doubt that my family would let me do that.

I might ride my bike tomorrow. That is a good idea
