I think it's due to the way I'm sleeping.

Idek if I can do leg day today cuz this shit is unbearable.

I'm to much of a youngcel to be having back pain like this :cryfeels:
 
My back feels uncomfortable all the time and I'm never sure why. I'm short as well so it doesn't even make sense

Stop doing moves that include a curved back if you are having pain.
If a move gives you pain stop doing it altogether immediately.
Do not push yourself too hard at the gym specially moves including your back.

I got a bulged disk from pushing myself too hard at the gym and not listening to my pains.
If you are having back pain STOP going to the gym UNTIL YOUR BACK IS COMPLETELY PAIN FREE.

I am begging you to listen to me because you WILL fuck yourself up for life as I did.
I can't even play games any more. I can't drive for more than an hour. I can't walk or stand for too long. It has affected my life in a thousand way and noticeably reduced my quality of life FOR EVER.

Please stop going right now and fix whatever is causing your back pain first before going back to the gym.

I had hip issues, not back issues, but back issues could fuck you up even worse

Start doing hip raises.
I used to suffer from horrible lower back pain because I spend countless hours sitting in front of my PC and ever since I started doing them I've never had lower back pain again. It turns out the stronger your muscles are, the less pain you'll feel in your back/legs.
