Today I will start going to the gym to have something to do other than gaming. Any gymcels here who can give me tips or tell me about gymcelling in general? My goal is not to become crazy big or shredded or anything. I will only do this for the routine and coping:feelsjuice:
 
Big and luxurious gyms are usually visited by Chad-Stacy couples. Avoid those.
Go when theres the less people possible. I used to go around 3 pm, because in my country everyone is eating lunch at that time. (Btw, you will find that the few people there at that time are subhumans like you)
Eat protein everyday, and eat more in general, or all your work will be pointless.
Youre gonna get mocked and humilliated sooner or later. Prepare yourself.
Only chad can interact with foids. If you do it, you get expelled.

Thank you. I live close to an university and they have the trendy normie gym and this more underground gym for losers and athletes. I will only go there when it's almost empty and their website shows how crowded it is at all times so I can avoid the crowds.

I will not be interacting with anyone at the gym except the cashier when I'll buy the membership. I don't think I will be mocked. It just isn't socially accepted in here. Maybe gyms have a different culture and some Chad will by bully me. But it won't matter. Nothing can make this worse.

Are there differences in protein powders? Should I get casein or whey?

Whey. Casein is for pros, youre supposed to take casein before going to sleep. You can take whey when you want.

To be honest, unless youre actually trying to get muscle mass, just eating protein everyday (steaks, fish, etc.) + healthy food (rice, vegetables, fruit, more meat lol) is enough. I had to take protein shakes because my subhuman stomach cant handle huge quantities of food every day, so i started to lose weight while gymmaxxing (and when youre only 60 kg, its actually dangerous)
If you have no problem eating large quantities of food everyday, you probably dont need protein powders or any other stuff.
Good luck. I gave up after a year, because my genetics dont allow me to grow muscle and because going to the gym as an incel is pure suifuel: gyms are the places where most chads per square meter you can fin.

I quit a long time ago, but here are two things I have to say.

Firstly, don't fall for the bloatmaxxing meme.

Secondly, if you're unattractive you will remain unattractive regardless of the gym.
Gym is dumb cope that gives you nothing mostly, but see it for yourself, there’s nothing else except gaming for us
 
Update:

Just finished my workout. Gym seemed very nice. No Chads or Stacys in sight. Only a few old men, skinny nerdy looking normies and a few fat women. I almost blended in perfectly. My inexperience in just moving my body showed but I hope it improves. Now back to gaming and eating

Pizza Planet (aka planet fitness) is open 24 hours, I go at 1am, no chads or Stacie's there only gays and other weirdos.
 
Learn compound movements with the barbell and dumbbells. Use online videos or get a coach to teach you. Once you learn the proper form, get on a beginner strength training program and make sure you cover your pushes and pulls (horizontal and vertical), squats, hip hinges, and loaded carry's for a complete body routine. Learn assistance lifts and use them more often when you reach the intermediate stage (2-3 years). Eat more protein and increase your food intake slightly, but don't ever overdo it and get fat. Don't skimp on your sleep either; that's how you recover and build muscle at night once you've eaten enough and gotten the right nutrients in the day (yes, your muscles grow when you sleep after your workout, not when you're IN the gym).
