Let's assume we've all moneymaxxed so we can discuss the core of the idea.

Why wouldn't surgerymaxxing at least make you normie tier 6/10? I think most of us on this forum are somewhere between 2/10 on the lower range and 4/10 on the upper range. Why do people call surgery a cope?
"Stop trying to cheat nature with surgery just accept your genetics boyo" Hell no! I don't give a shit. Nature cucked me. Why should I play by its rules? I'll do anything to get a better looking face. Even if it means risking it with invasive surgeries.

It’s not a cope if you have a decent skull and it will actually make a difference. If you are fixing features while the underlying problem remains then it is sadly cope.

Surgery isn't cope. People in Korea get plastic surgery for their birthday.

I'd do it but it wouldn't matter cause I'm a manlet.

A cope is only a cope if it doesn't actually make you happy.

There's certain flaws which cannot be fixed (long midface comes to mind) but overall it is recommended, especially if the deal is lower third and/or nose, as these are often easiest to fix

Quite a cope. You can definitely tell a plastic-surgery face from a natural Chad face, while we all know that foids have a sonar that can detect whatever you have below your skin, so well, chances are that after plastic surgery nothing will change.

anything that doesnt help fix a problem is cope, if surgery fixes a problem then its not cope

Surgeries over the years helped me at least not to sink further. If you think a simple surgery like a chin implant might make a siginicant difference, at least think about it. Do the research.
