I don’t smoke vape but I will give perspective from someone that smokes cigarettes. For me, it’s dry tongue as well pissing allot, and that is why you shouldn’t mix coffee with cigarettes or vape since the nicotine act as stimulant to the main muscle wall (detrusor muscle) which cause bladder wall sensitivity and with coffee it disrupts the bladder workflow due to caffeine that causes disruptions in your body like high energy and anxiousness.
