how do you get into the gym with no friends and no experience? I don't know how to start and have no clue
I want to train for my dream job, and it requires a lot of endurance. That’s why I can’t just focus on strength training—I also need to incorporate plenty of cardio, coordination exercises, and HIIT. Do you know how often I should go to the gym? Also, I’m unfortunately a bit overweight, so I’m on a 500-calorie deficit. It’s very ambitious, but I’m planning on doing full-body workouts 3 days a week with 20 minutes of cardio at the end, and 2 days of just 30–40 minutes of cardio. Is this a good plan? As a beginner, I want to transform myself into a fit person over the next 12 months. and at home, when I have some extra time, a 30-minute HIIT workout, push-ups, jumping rope, burpees, etc., 2–3 times a weekYou don’t really need friends to start training tbh
For a beginner, I would recommend doing a ppl split with some basic exercises, you can pick the ones that you like.
Also for your diet, you don’t need any of the protein whey garbage, just eat food like eggs and meat.
