how do you get into the gym with no friends and no experience? I don't know how to start and have no clue

you dont need friends to go, its pretty intuitive, watch a couple videos, understand that a push movement usually works chest and triceps (think push up), a pull does back and biceps (think pull up) and legs you can just do squats to start off with and the machines, you dont need perfect form especially in the beginning even more so if you didnt play sports growing up like most of us i assume, eat meat afterwards and you should be fine, when you start to enjoy it you will look more into it, make another post if you need any advice further along

You don’t really need friends to start training tbh

For a beginner, I would recommend doing a ppl split with some basic exercises, you can pick the ones that you like.

Also for your diet, you don’t need any of the protein whey garbage, just eat food like eggs and meat.

I want to train for my dream job, and it requires a lot of endurance. That’s why I can’t just focus on strength training—I also need to incorporate plenty of cardio, coordination exercises, and HIIT. Do you know how often I should go to the gym? Also, I’m unfortunately a bit overweight, so I’m on a 500-calorie deficit. It’s very ambitious, but I’m planning on doing full-body workouts 3 days a week with 20 minutes of cardio at the end, and 2 days of just 30–40 minutes of cardio. Is this a good plan? As a beginner, I want to transform myself into a fit person over the next 12 months. and at home, when I have some extra time, a 30-minute HIIT workout, push-ups, jumping rope, burpees, etc., 2–3 times a week

I would recommend training 4–5 times a week, but 3 days can also be very effective, maybe even better than some typical splits. Your body needs rest after all.

I’d also suggest doing more calisthenics than weightlifting, it can make you physically stronger overall and improve your endurance. I only started doing calisthenics a few days ago at an workout park, and I can already see a big improvement in my strength.

A 500-calorie deficit is enough, but don’t go lower since you’re already doing a lot of cardio.

Remember that diet plays a huge role. I lost an entire year of gym progress because I ate shit whey products and followed a bad workout plan.

But in general u have a good beginner plan.
