Yes, I have a hard time talking to clients. Many times have gotten low call rating scores. End users have given me negative feedback about my communication. Since I sucked so badly at taking calls and communicating with clients, I was moved to a account management department where I manage account details for the most part. Also I suck at presenting topics in team discussions and have been called out for it many times. So, right now I'm just in account management department since that's the only thing I'm good at
. My overall team performance has always been bottom tier. I'm the only team member who's gotten the least no. of appreciation & lots of -ve feedback from end users
