A system of eugenics that doesn't force those with dysgenic blood to sever their bloodline would be one where they are allowed to have sons, and as many daughters as they like (as females aren't a genetic threat) while having a reasonable limit on how many sons one could have, let's say three, exceptions being made if you can prove that one of your male offspring is infertile for whatever reason, while those with eugenic blood are encoraged, if not coerced, into having as many children as possible, when the amount of those with eugenic blood more than doubles that of those with dysgenic blood, we mix the excess of eugenic people with the dysgenic people, (the same limit on the amount of sons one can have will be placed on all mixed relations unil the point where everyone is of a homogenous, eugenic stock) and then repeat the process until everyone is eugenic, do this to make people taller, more attractive, have straighter hair, and be whiter in terms of skin color and phenotype, and do it within a controlled evironment so that there is no sabotage, and you will have ethically purifed the race without uncessesary cruelty to those who didn't chose to be born the way that they are.
We truly live in hell, given that this hasn't been done yet.
