Let me present a hypothetical and you tell me your opinion:

A stereotypical Chad who is 6'5, athletic, strong, plays sports, has a chiseled jawline and works at a wealthy company has no problem getting attention from females. Tons of matches on dating apps, tons of dates, nudes, makeout sessions and whatnot. However, each time he tries to get laid, the female sees his small dick, laughs and refuses to go further.

By definition, he's unable to get laid due to a genetic issue. At 26, he's still a virgin. While he has seen and touched the titty, gets tons of dates, goes clubbing and partying and a ton of attention from females, he still can't get laid due to his dick size.
