mhmmmm, interesting. But it won't increase attractiveness of the face, because the maxilla (the facial bone responsible for beauty) is already formed for most of us. We would have to get actual extensive surgery of the face to get an 8+ for the face.

I doubt the maxila alone is responsible for beauty, I'd argue 1:1 ratio symmetry is a bit more important, along with an angular look

Still, the knockout doesn't result from a broken jaw, but from the brain hitting the braincage after the blow. You can have a plutonium jaw, you'll still be knocked out just the same.
By hitting the jaw sideways with a hook, it being the extremity of the face, you create the strongest angular momentum, hence the increased chance of knockout as opposed to hitting elsewhere.
