I've been hip to uBlock Origin for years now. The confusion is that not everyone knows that uBlock Origin is the "real" uBlock, and there's another "inferior copy" of uBlock out there that lots of people use. And AdBlock doesn't even work.

I just download uBlock origin because Youtube has been lately giving me these "warning" about Adblocks being detected. Should I disable AdBlock while using uBlock?

Uh-oh. Remember how I said uBlock Origin kept me from seeing this? Well, I got my first ad today.

It didn't load properly, it was just a black screen. But I could hear it.

Not sure what to do now. I'm gonna try reaching out to the uBlock Origin people.

I was forced to disable my old adblocker a few days ago, so when I added ublock origin yesterday, I had no adblocker on at all. But since ublock does work and has worked for a day for me now, Im pleased.

I've used Librewolf with ublock and hadn't had to deal with ads once
