therapy is useless for the most part. if ur truly mentally ill u just need pills (psychiatric help). if ur only down because of life's issues alone you just need to toughen up and find copes.

I ghosted my therapist, that shit really isn't made for us men. It's crazy how everyone just thinks it's the solution to every problem ever. Just bottle it up until you boil over, that is way more effective than any type of therapy that exists.

Mine dropped me. Told me they can’t help me the way I need it. Just being able to talk to someone helped but I guess that doesn’t matter
