I would look at things you want to experience while you still can (are alive) and do those things. The closest thing you can get to a relationship is as said previously in the thread hard drugs. Maybe try some heroin or meth, idk. I'd recommend doing an insane amount of psychedelics so maybe you'll go insane and have hallucination gf.
Guitar is a good idea too, any hobby where you are consistently making progress in is a good idea for cope. If none of that interests you and you don't have anything else you want to do in this world then rope.
