Want to stop for a few days to fix my sleep pattern. I'm addicted to doing it before sleep and the worst thing is i usually go to sleep in the mornings right when my mother wakes up so she probably smells the cum in the sink. Can some nofap monks here share some advice?

There are no tips. Back in the day when I made it a goal to stop, I wouldn't do it for a time period, then I'd relapse hard and be even more addicted. One day I just didn't feel like doing it so I stopped completely, without intending to. I say follow your instinct, if you feel like doing it, do it, if not, don't. Just try to do it with no porn when you do.

Set the number of days and STICK TO IT. Make sure it's realistic - not too long. It is a marathon not a sprint when it comes to no fap. Watch some amsr videos of girls when you get the urge. But stay strong and don't touch. You don't want to make it too unpleasant otherwise you are more likely to break.

do something, like literally everytime my life is packed with things to do, i dont do it anymore, but obviously the only solution to this problem is getting a girlfriend but thats not an option for us

What I'm about to say is redpill for most, but at least try it once.

Do something, as that Catholic convert monk actor once said, "do something!!!!" Anything. I realize that doing anything for awhile helps nofap x1000. Going on vacation stops it completely, because you're planning shit, trying to figure out where to go, etc, so you have no time to fap.

The only redeeming thing you get from nofap after 1+ month (yes, that long) is extreme motivation and a more uplifted, flighty feeling.

Monks don't fap and when I use to talk to a Trappist who barely talked, I remember listening to him and feeling this Godly connection, as if he knew everything. I remember looking at this spermidine retained monk and saying to myself, "why is he making me feel like I'm in the presence of something holy?," a feeling I never experienced with Chad, Stacy, normie or anyone else.

There are side effects.

Bad Anger in first few weeks, extreme libido, dopamine withdrawals, poor sleep... followed by low libido, which is replaced in the third to fourth week with a happy, uplifited like high, almost like on a microdose of shrooms; good sleep and extreme drive/motivation.

This last effect is important, because it determines if you do something good with it, or relapse due to anger and boredom. If your a 6 in looks, but a mentalcel, nofap could actually help you ascend, but you have to get over the bumpy first few weeks.

If your an uglycel and short, nofap will give you a lot more confidence which might lead you six feet under ground.
 
First thing to stop doing when on nofap is don’t watch any pornographic content whatsoever.
It should get easier when/if you have completely stopped doing that.
Continue to work out at home or train at a martial arts gym. Physical activity is very important.
I think diet plays a role in testosterone levels as well.
Besides this, just don’t fap. Don’t touch your dick.
 
After the first 2 weeks, your body usually releases naturally anyways. If you are jerking off less than once per week you most likely won't feel any change.

I've been on and off since 2022. I've tried everything, semen retention, NF, etc. Recently I intentionally broke a 2 month streak. Best decision I made. My sleep improved overnight, my acne improved overnight, and I just felt calmer.

Best advice to just to avoid stimulation at all costs, and if you do just randomly start jerking it for a few seconds don't count it as a loss. Going to bed early helps too.
