Tips for fuel injector cleaner?

So one of my projects was to restore my Truck-kun or make it in better condition then when I bought it. Well one thing I wanted to do since well its at 233K miles is clean the fuel injectors so I bought me that fuel injector cleaner. Didnt use it yet, I seen mixed results on youtube but I wanted to ask yall if you got any tips on using that stuff.

I’ve never used it but maybe search YouTube for Scotty Kilmer fuel injector cleaner.

I have heard that if you use high octane fuel for a while it will clean up the fuel injectors as well.

In my case I usually use 95 octane petroleum, but now am using 98.

Although my engine can't take advantage of 100 octane I should probably use that for a while.

Higher octane fuel alone won’t really clean it but some of the premium fuels have added detergents that can help clean engine parts

Well, its something then. I need to use an aadditive that rejuvinates the cykinder head gaskets because mine are worn out / not sealing properly anymore.

Maybe that will help for a while because a replacement is expensive.

your engine is probably cooked but maybe sodium silicate based head gasket repair can help

I will check it out. Thanks man. I am on the lookout for a new car anyway. Just riding it out for as long as possible and saving more money to get better options.
