Tip #9: Purchase Dry Whole Milk instead of Carton Milk

I buy large 2.5 kg tins that last around 2 months.

I never have to worry about running out of breakfast milk and I don't visit stores as often which means I avoid the temptation of buying harmful added sugar foods.

I buy a 2.5 kg unit from a local store for 20 GBP and it works out as cheap or cheaper than carton milk. Amazon stocks the product too.

Don't mistake this high quality whole, rich and creamy milk powder with the awful skimmed milk powder. For reviews refer to Amazon. Other brands are available but I've only used the two above.
