I have had eczema on my hands for many years. The doctors just gave me hydrocortisone which only helped for a week or two and thinned the skin. I tried many other creams and none worked.
I started using Vaseline and now my hands are healed and look normal.
Apply Vaseline as often as you like.
If your skin itches try applying Lanacane to stop the itch and apply Vaseline on top of it.
I am not a medic but Vaseline worked very well for me. It is very cheap if you buy generic brands and has not caused me any side effects unlike the doctor prescribed creams.
If you are currently being treated for ezcema then please check with your doctor before applying Vaseline and Lanacane as I do not want to make things worse for anyone.
