As you grew older and older your chances to make it grew smaller and smaller.
The first big hit is when you leave school, no difference if you neetmax or work.
You will loose the majority of your oppertunities to even interact with women, at best you were able to make some friends you are able to keep after school.
And after that it gets worse and worse you will dissociate more and more from others. And after some certain point youre body will start to decay, first slow but then faster and faster.
You become even more unattractive, you loose your hair, you get wrinkles and you will just become more and more hatefull and unloveable and all of this is inevitable.

I didnt even lose all of my acne and already slowly started to bald
