Time is not real. It is just a result of our perception as humans. 14 billion years happened practically instantly before you were born, and another several 100 trillion years will happen after you die, just as quickly.
Time as a spatial 4th dimension is real, as it is the track/path of which 3 dimensional frames stack on top of one of another, to create events and causality.
All of those 3 dimensional frames that lay along that 4th dimensional track have already been created. Ie the future ALREADY EXISTS. You just haven’t observed it yet.
So, time as a dimension is real. But the flow of time, and our observation of it, is not real. It is just a result of our human condition.
How fast or slow you experience all of the 3 dimensional frames that you are conscious for, is all up to the individual
