As time goes by, you can gaze at the deadline in the distance, knowing full well that on that day you won't be able to maneuver or use subterfuge to give yourself hope that maybe one day you too will be able to experience love. Let's face it, it's human nature to hold on to a bit of hope while we're young, to spur us on to accomplish our task despite the miserable circumstances in which we live. As I watch the months go by, I can already see that my prospects for the future are fading until I'm in a state of lethargy. On that day, I don't know if I'll still be able to cope, and I'll certainly consider ending my life.
