Of course it's kind of common sense. There's a reason humanity has always been repulsed by obesity. It doesn't even look right. It looks like the baby is suffocating under all the fat.

But apparently being fat increases the risk of numerous birth defects.

I only learned this today because we live in a politically correct clown world where you're not allowed to notice or say things like this.

I was trying to be objective and thought "well idk maybe it's healthy for the kid" nope.
