I just caught myself scrolling on kiketok, closing the app and unconsciously opening it again instantly JFLL
Its so retarded, for example ill want to look up something on google and my finger automatically moves towards the tiktok app.
I dont even like using it, its just full of normie humor which i dont like.
The kikes exploit our dopamine receptors to no end, im gonna stop using the app.

quitting nigtok was the easiest for me since I simply put both of my accounts on timer tk be deleted after a month and then deleted the app

chimpstagram was also very easy since I never actually used it anyway, so I deleted the app and now whenver I want to look up something I go on mobile browser (which happens about once a month)

reddit was also quite easy to delete, deleted my main but kept my burners, I also have discord, but never had excessive time spent on it, so i kept the app installed, I don't even socialise on it in any way only have it for youtube notifications on one specific channel

the last 2 final bosses are jewtube and shitter, for both of whom I use custom client apk which only let me use searchbar and doesn't show any suggestions since otherwise it's very easy to jump into infinite scrolling loop
