It's quite well-known, even by mainstream standards, that the CIA are the worst of the worst. They have destroyed (and will continue to destroy) entire nations, their people, and their economies in the name of American hegemonic imperialism. And they will do this at any cost. In the 80s in Latin America they created a training camp for militant groups to teach them how to commit all kinds of atrocities, from massacring entire villages at the CIA's behest to torture and terrorism, aptly named the School of Assassins. Killers were trained to be the CIA's on-call disposable and deniable units to carry out every atrocity under the sun.
All of that is just in one part of the world. As OP already mentioned, they've destroyed Bangladesh and Libya. That's not even a fraction of the harm they've done to the world. The damage they've done in the Middle East is perhaps the most devastating. They're single-handedly responsible for every Islamic terrorist group that has ever propped up in the world, whether directly as a proxy force, or indirectly as the result of sowing chaos to weaken countries and entire regions. If a nation is not a vassal or thrall of the American Empire, you can bet up to your last currency's amount that the CIA is meddling in their affairs and trying to usurp their government and bring them to heel under their control. There is no nation on earth that that has not been under the corrupting machinations of America's primary foreign intelligence service.
The CIA is worse than ISIS, the drug cartels, and worse than the mafia sex and child traffickers who deliver children to be raped and sacrificed to the doorstep of satanic cultists themselves. That's not me being hyperbolic and dramatic. They will do all of the above and more in the name of national security interests.
The CIA is evil incarnate wrapped in a bureaucracy.
