Thumbnails usually tell a story and sum the video up,
but my autistic brain does not quiet understand it....
is it that ER got canceled cause he´s deemed as ugly / average by society, and the italian assassin
receives public support cause of his looks?
If im right, then keep the thumbnail, cause IMO it´s a good thumbnail

It's probably a good idea to come up with a title before creating the thumbnail. Thumbnails should ideally serve as a visual representation of the title
