The protagonist is a bit too good-looking to easily identify with, but still somewhat relatable in that even normal guys have to suffer from having their gentlemanly concerns misinterpreted as predatorial behaviors.
It's an interesting example of empathy where the girl isn't just assuming the worse about guys in general, but was actually suffering a stalker situation (at least how it seems, still not very far in) so you can kinda empathize about her being paranoid and panicking because she doesn't know who's after her and assumes it's the nice guy who actually wanted to help her out.
There's some low-IQ impulsivity of the hero we can learn from, of course, which if obviously if a girl is wrongly afraid of you and you just want to explain that to her, it's obviously a bad idea to keep following her much less touch her as he did.
Obviously this guy is chad-adjacent enough that he still has hopes of romance (just fight off some molester and win a GF bro) and thinks he can do shit like tap girls on the shoulder without getting a death penalty from society. Ah, to be an idealistic teen... hell I think I stopped thinking I could tap girls on the shoulder before middle school.
apparently 22 chapters, I really should read more comics and play less vidya tbh. Author is about my age. Didn't realize it was so old (17 years) when I began. Why no anime of this?
Apparently based on story some guy posted on 2ch as a purportedly real-life anecdote, kinda like Nurse-kun or Blindmute Loli, they should make manga of those too.
