I remember ER really liked star wars, and even shook the hand of Jake Lloyd (guy who plays young Anakin in Phantom Menace) ironic those two ended up with similar fates in the end.

With Attack of the Clones, ER was pretty young by the time the movie came out so he probably didn't gave a fuck about the romance shit.
