It is the only real solution unfortunately. Men with genes that can lead to incelpdom need to be sterilized. Shorter than 5'9", autistic, and genetic diseases. It's immoral to have children if you have these traits, and the men with these traits lack the willingness to sterilize themselves. That makes it the government's job to do so to protect the future population.

It needs to be put in practice democratically to keep it popular and sustained. As much as I don't like it, women decide which men will be incels. They vote on the characteristics that will create an incel (they already do, just making it official by putting it on a ballot). Men with any trait democratically deemed to be an incel characteristic would have to be immediately sterilized.

Would need to be continuous. Can't just do a sterilization effort once and call it a day. A yearly check with incel qualities of the day-and-age to determine who needs to be sterilized. Today it's men below 5'9" or 5'8" if you're generous. If it was put into practice, it might one day become all men 6'1" or below. Keep going as a permanent policy. Height, facial features, autism, etc.

What even dictates good genes? The only thing I think of bad genes is someone who has a hereditary or genetic predisposition to a disease (eg cancer), which literally takes care of itself as they will eventually die from this disease as dictated by natural selection.

This idea is also catastrophic as evident by the outside world. Foids are reproducing with the top 20% of men while ignoring the remaining 80% because they decided which gene was "good". But to me is still pointless, an quick analogy would be planting trees to counter climate change (not debating if it works or not), if you are planting a tree for 'future generations' one would expect you to do so for your children or grandchildren and not for yourself OR that if at peace to the fact you will die alone but still want to enjoy what the world has to offer.
I do not enjoy it, the condition I want the planet or the people of this planet to be when I die does not matter.
