Both, but the threads are especially bad.

I agree on the threads, quotes or low effort replies are whatever, but threads like these ruin the longevity of meaningful threads in the offtopic, it affects the inceldom discussion aswell, people would rather post their non-shitpost threads on the inceldom discussion so they are taken seriously
