The only candidates in before/afters i see usually have either deformed faces or have extremely recessed maxillas

Also, one picture is unreliable. Plenty of 6/10s can produce one really good-looking picture. So, afters need to be in motion ideally. I can guarantee you he'd look less impressive if he took multiple pictures post-op. He has still got that typical 30-something White working class pheno.
