Karen Straughan made some good arguments about why women should not be allowed to work in some of these places. In traditional islamic societies men have the obligation to provide for their wives and children and women do not, therefore giving jobs to women would be selfish because women don't have such obligation. Why should these women be given rights but not duties that men have?
