They've been doing this for years you morons. They used to release updates on 3ds constantly so that they could brick hacked consoles. It's always been in the user agreement.

The thing you should be covering is how they've added a section to the agreement where you have to agree to not sue them. This probably means switch 2 has a known drift issue and they don't want to bother with repairs this time around jfl

Nah. It was a shitty emulation. Sunshine ran worse than on GameCube lmao. They couldn't be bothered to actually port it which they definitely could've done. Capcom ported RE4 to modern systems which was way more technically demanding. Every other company ports. Nintendo is the only major one to do lousy emulations.
