Yes, that's when I realized how corrupt and a waste of money they are. They only show up when they can steal money from you, almost never show up to protect you.
If they have a death wish there would be better odds if you protected yourself rather than wait for the cops to show up. Cops are revenue makers for the state, and only protect whores and the rich, they don't care if a gang of black guys robbed and killed you in a dark alley.
Not a ricecel myself (i'm latino), but I can pass for a rice, and my fellow spic and black classmates detested me for it. The first time I got bullied for looking asian was in the first grade, when a spic like myself poked my fucking eyes while saying "shut up chinese eyes". It only got worse from there, and the bullying was largely by niggers (they hate asians more than whites, tbh).
As for cops, TBH, they aren't my favorite --- I have three foid cousins that married cops, and interacted with them during dinners/parties/etc, and even off-duty they're fucking obnoxious and aggressive, but I still prefer them to the shitskin hoodrats I had to deal with

This discrepancy in our experience of law enforcement must due to the region and economic strata we lived in. Where I was from and the places I lived (even when I lived in the city) it wasn't as you describe. They did not take advantage of people like this in the rural county. However I don't doubt for a second the fact they would given the opportunity. Especially in the last 4-5 years or so, during which time I have been out of the country.
